He completed his engineering and master’s studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in “Bridges and Underground Structures” with excellent grade. He gained experience working as a site engineer on bridge construction projects, then for 19 years at ARUP acting as an Assistant Designer, Site Engineer, Designer, Senior Designer, Design Manager, Project Manager, Business Leader.
He had a privilege to take part in some iconic projects, like Golden Tarases, Złota 44, Orange Headquarters in Warsaw, Northern Gallery in Warsaw, Historical buildings in the heart of Warsaw Old Town, Statue of Unity in India, Lusail Stadium in Quatar, Exchange Palace in Budapest, Pepsico green factory in Poland, and production, labs and R&D facilities for Polpharma.
He was involved in implementing innovative solutions currently commonly used in building sector like first 3D models of buildings for 2D drawing generation.
Privately husband, father of three daughters. Climber, diver, lifeguard, sailor and motorboat skipper. Loves motorbikes, extreme sports, adventure climbing, skiing and snowboarding.
Małgorzata Giers

After high school graduation, she went to Sweden. Not knowing the Swedish language, after less than one year she mastered the language enough to start studying. She completed master’s degree at Karlstad University. After finishing the studies, she worked in various business sectors.
She has extensive knowledge and experience in HR, especially working as HR expert for Scandinavian IT Clients. Besides that, she is an H&S expert with H&S Swedish certificates.
A psychologist and behaviorist by passion, specializing in horses and dogs.
Privately wife and mother. She loves animals, natural horse riding, wild nature and board riding: snowboarding, kitesurfing and windsurfing.
