Engineering stage:

Procurement stage:

- Negotiations with contractors – Price & Contract terms
Construction Management stage:
We are acting as Investor’s representative to look after Quality, Time and Budget
- General Contractor or several General Contractors management
- Coordination of all included parties: Investor, User, Designer, Contractor, organizing and leading coordination meetings
- Full investor supervision in accordance with Polish Building Law – Civil & Architectural works inspector, Sanitary works inspector, Electrical & LV works Inspector
- Acting as Investor’s Representative in contracts with the General Contractor or Contractors
- Construction documentation management – using standard tools or help to configure & implement CDE platform from chosen provider
- Implementing “Construction Management Procedures” to standardize all processes like material acceptance, RFI etc.
- Change management – negotiations with General Contractor, issuing change orders
- Supporting the Investor with any contacts with General Contractor including negotiations of Annexes to the contract
- Inspection of works execution for compliance with the contracts signed between the Investor and the contractors
- Cost control, evaluation of monthly payments, issuing payments certificates
- Time schedule supervision
- Commissioning coordination
- Managing of snagging process, implementing appropriate tools
- Supervision of Occupancy Permit Process
- Final take over management
